Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you have the right to return it within 14 days from the date you received it.

1. Right of Return

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email at info@backilly.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

2. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

The product must be in the same condition that you received it.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note:

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Exclusions

The right of return does not apply to:

Perishable or hygienic goods (e.g. opened cosmetics, oral care products, or food supplements)

Digital downloads or personalized/custom-made items

Services that have already been fully performed (if performance began with your consent)
